This large open floor plan is designed for the entire family to enjoy and allows lots of privacy. The living area has a large comfy sectional to relax and watch your favorite TV, light a fire for the cooler desert winter nights or read your favorite book while looking at the mountains just outside your windows. The kitchen is set up with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for those who want a quick bite to eat, a coffee station, and lots of kitchen dishware for those family dinners. The master suite offers a fireplace with access to the patio, his & her closet & sinks, large soaking tub and it is awaiting your arrival. Private Guest Ensuite sits on the opposite side of the Master, high ceilings, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a king-size bed and a workstation for those who work remotely! The additional guest bedroom is set up with twin beds that can be converted to a King Bed (additional fee) with views of the lush landscaping grounds. Homes could get any last min bookings so our time frames are “set” unless paid for. So if you are considering a either a late check out(5pm) or early check in (10am), please arrange this promptly. The cost is 1/2 a nightly plus fees, taxes and processing. All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and no exceptions.
