Cable TV is available in the living room.Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate, and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.Please leave garbage cans on the side of the property as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will issue fines. If possible, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If possible, it would be a great help if a load of laundry could be started.Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person.
