Enjoy the tanning shelf and built-in table. You’ll love partaking in the fun activities available in the backyard with a turf area and outdoor games like cornhole and horseshoes. Or just sit back and relax around the fire pit with the whole family while enjoying the Arizona sunsets. There is a ping pong table in the 3rd bay of the garage for more family fun.Indoor living: As you enter Desert Skies you’ll adore the luxurious Arizona-themed décor, the open concept living space, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the dining area and family room with a large smart TV, electric fireplace, recliners, leather couch, and family board games. The sitting room offers another TV and place to sit and gather. There are four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own theme and décor. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The park on the corner offers a playground, sand volleyball, basketball, and other fun activities.Other Things to Note:Additional rules:By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:-The primary guest must be age 25 years or over and be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. No sub-letting allowed.-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.-The maximum sleeping occupancy of the house is 8 pre-registered guests and the maximum daytime occupancy is 14 guests (between 8am-10pm).-Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.-No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $400 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. There is a pool fence. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool. The pool gate must not be propped open or removed for any reason. Guests are not permitted to remove the pool fence for any reason.- Please do not touch any of the pool equipment. There is a remote for the waterfall. Please see the house book for info on operating the waterfall.-Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received.-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.-Guest will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that exceed the security deposit.-There are security cameras on the property, one at the front door, one outside of the garage and one outside in the back yard, They are used to ensure only registered guests and service providers are on the property. They record motion, audio and video 24/7, if tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate without refund of stay.Please message prior to booking with questions. Thank you
