It is a quieter area with no public parking, so the beaches are much less crowded than the south end of Sandbridge.This home is managed by Chris at New School Hosting. I’m a native of Virginia Beach and my family has rented beach houses from “old school” property managers for years, and I’ve rarely been impressed. At Sandpiper Retreat, you can expect:- Unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessities- Upgraded towels- Comfortable mattresses and new pillows of various thicknesses- Prompt responses to your questions and concernsfrom a real person who actually cares (typically, me!)- A fully stocked kitchen (including a stocked coffee bar) with quality pots, pans, knives, etc.Other things to note- Sandpiper Retreat is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $200 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners.- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this is already embedded in the cleaning fee.- The large driveway can fit about 8 vehicles- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house. Six of the seven bedrooms, plus the living room and game room, feature a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services- Linens and towels provided- Pack n play, high chair, kid dishes/utensils, and baby monitor provided
