Dillon Townhome…Great Location, Great Value!Our Dillon Mountain retreat is located on scenic Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County, Colorado. This townhome has absolutely amazing front row views of Buffalo Mountain, Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range and offers a central location to all Summit County and mountain activities including biking (we’re steps away from the Lake Dillon bike path which connects to all of Summit County and beyond), hiking, fishing, rafting, boating, and shopping to name a few!This townhome is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. It is 2 levels with the living room, kitchen and deck on the upper level and 2 bedrooms, bath and walk-out patio on the lower level. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and full dresser while the extra bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper and additional couch, big screen TV with cable, DVD and VCR, and books and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker in addition to a well-stocked pantry for items that might have been forgotten.Dillon is a quaint little town with a number of shops and restaurants. Everything in town is within easy walking distance including the Dillon Marina, grocery and liquor stores, local theater, post office, Lake Dillon Park, tennis courts and the Lake Dillon outdoor amphitheater which features free summer concerts, farmers markets and other events. Guests can catch the FREE shuttle bus, the Summit Stage, which services all of Summit County including 3 large outlet shopping areas in Silverthorne.
