Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer!There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.Amenities include full size washing machine (in 1/2 bathroom) and dryer (in hallway), modern kitchen appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free WIFI, $250 VayK Life beach gear credit, keyless entry, linens, towel sets, and TVs. A starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen are provided that guests replenish as they need.Unit A of this duplex can also be rented through our program. The home only shares a middle wall, splitting the duplex. All entrances, living areas, and outside areas are private for your use. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through a property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services.
