Description

This two story gulf front private home has 3 bedroom/2 baths with fun Carribean decor. This ground level home allows you to walk right out into the sand. There is a screened patio for dining and enjoying the sunsets. Or relax on the outside patio with another dining table and outdoor seating, or go up on the upstairs deck for a great view. Nothing between you and the beach. Enjoy the white sand, warm water and gentle surf of the Gulf, or retreat to the shady yard or deck to watch the dolphins and birds or enjoy a good book. Upstairs are three bedrooms (2 with king beds, 1 with twin beds) and 1 bath. All bedrooms have access to upstairs deck. Living, kitchen and dining area and 1 bath are downstairs. Central heat and air conditioning, washer, dryer, dish washer, HDTV with cable, and WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, paper products and basic pantry staples are provided. View of the water from the living and dining room as well as 2 of the bedrooms.The shady yard is big enough for yard games like cornhole or bocce ball. An assortment of beach mats, floats, toys and beach towels are provided. Use the outdoor fireplace/grill for BBQ’s or enjoying a fire on a cool evening. Smoking outside only please. Strict occupancy limit of 6 people due to city ordinance (a child of any age counts as a person). Sorry, absolutely no pets.
