Please note, the entire complex is a non smoking property and no elevatorsPlease note that from September 1st to 15th, 2023, the pool and spa will be closed for maintenance purposes. During this time, the interior of the pool will be regrouted, and the existing fence around the pool will be replaced. However, management has made arrangements with Maui Schooner for Luana Kai residents and guests to use their pool facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Additionally, scaffolding will be set up in front of the condo, with light jackhammering expected.
