DIRECT Gulf View from MBR & Living~BIG balcony~Front Res Spot~ Shores Of PanamaWHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT?It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture and fresh colors. There is no carpet anywhere…all hard surface floors. It has a DOUBLE balcony with master and living room panoramic views. Upon arrival at lobby there is a small concierge desk where wristbands and parking pass can be obtained. It is $85 for your entire stay. 1 parking pass and 6 armbands for our unit are allowed. If you have more than 1 vehicle there is overflow parking down the street.Elevator is only feet away from the entry to the room.We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building to accomodate groups. Just message us!!Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking when you are in a hurry.Our bunk room has a door, tv, and closet as well as private bath.The master bedroom has a king size bed and is a large room with tv, full bath and closet. View is straight out to the gulf.Our living room has sofa with a queen pull out mattress.PLEASE NOTETropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room.
