There is a wet bar with ice maker in the dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks for your family and friends. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master suite opens to the top floor oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This condo has a Reserved Covered Parking Space (north garage).Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.Linens Included for all rentals. This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.No Smoking No PetsSaturday to Saturday RentalCANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing.
