Our condo is ocean front across the front of the A building (no parking lot view). Marsh and Atlantic Ocean view!Keyless Keypad door entry.We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc… Towels & bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.6 Pickleball CourtsIf you need more space, we also own the condo next door- A224. Just purchased in Feb.2020 and renovated in April 2020.Home Away # 9437951Queen size bed with a CASPER mattress in an open bedroom floor plan.One dresser and two closets.Queen size leather sleeper sofa & 55″ smart television in living area.Ceiling fan in living room and bedroom.Granite countertops in kitchen. All new appliances in the kitchen.Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Stove.Fully stocked kitchen accessories and starter paper products.Bar height table in living area that seats four.Bathroom has new quartz countertop and a shower/tub combo with quartz walls.Balcony has table/chairs & rocking chair.Free high speed wireless internet.Free long distance calls.Two beach chairs and towels.ElevatorPlease and thank you NO SMOKING in the Condo or on the Balcony! This includes vapor and electronics.Strict resort rule – NO pets or emotional support animals for short term rentals. Resort will charge violators fees.Maximum guest 4. Because of condo being 540 square feet we recommend no more than 4 people.One (1) parking pass is included with your rental fee.
