Fabulous 11th floor condo with direct ocean views! The balcony just off the living room is a perfect place to catch sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The resort sits on the sand and is in the heart of Destin! Situated near great shopping, restaurants, and Destin’s harbor you can access all that makes Destin a favorite beach get-away! Don’t miss all that this condo has to offer!*King in the master*Sleeper sofa*1.5 baths*Full Kitchen*Direct Ocean Views* Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, on-site restaurant The Pelican’s Roost, an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee for rentals).Note: There will be construction on site until mid July 2024. Due to this, pricing for summer is reduced. There may be intermittent noise at times during the day. This work will be on each side of the building (our unit is toward the middle and it will not affect our unit). It will entail repairs to the trash shoots on each end of the complex, upgrading windows and doors, and fresh paint. The outdoor pool will remain closed during this time but the indoor pool will be open as will the outdoor hot tub and splash pad.
