The living room is open to the dining area. We also have a FULL SIZE stackable Washer & Dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit has plenty of storage where you can store your beach chairs, & other household items. Some Beach essentials are already in the condo for your enjoyment.KITCHEN & DININGOur fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space with a breakfast bar & opens up to the dining and living area with tons of light. It makes it easy to enjoy being near the beach without having to leave for dinner.When it’s time to dine, enjoy our new dining table and added breakfast bar with seating that will accommodate up to 6 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away. Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.PARKING:- You are allowed two parking spaces for this condo.- This Resort PROHIBITS pets/motorcycles/RVs/campers/trailers. Please comply!**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home—-NO EXCEPTIONS!!!Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property.
