Step right onto the sand from the private deck of this three level oceanfront retreat. Stroll down the private dune walk ( shared by a total of 14 units) to the private beach which never gets the typical NJ shore crowds. The townhouse features three spacious levels.Central A/C, Cable TV, high speed internet, washer, dryer and outdoor shower are some of the amenities. There is dedicated parking for up to 3 cars directly in front of the unit. The townhouse is located in a very desirable family area, close to all conveniences but quiet and relaxing. This upcomming summer season this unit has been made available for rent. In prior years it was exclusively used by the owners. A very special place. No pets allowed as per the association rules.
