A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area. The dining room has a round, glass-top table, with six chairs.The living room, dining area and both balconies offer magnificent oceanfront views. The balcony of the living room is shared with the master bedroom. The Villa is newly updated with artwork, area rugs & curtains help to make this a truly coastal chic getaway for you and your family and friends!The king master bedroom is located on the right side of the dining room and is decorated in bright, colorful tones featuring a 42″ TV and a private bath. The bath has double vanity and a shower with three heads. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool.The second bedroom, with two Queen beds and 50″ SMART TV, is located on the opposite side of the living area.
