One room has a bathroom, the other room has a private Juliette balcony overlooking the lake with sitting area.Both upstairs bedrooms have small air conditioners.Outdoor life: Fishing is great! Right off the dock or off the peninsula! Large mouth, small mouth and spotted bass, Pickerol, Perch, and even a few Massive Carp and trout. Use the kayaks or canoe to explore the lake or fish! Watch the sunset from a captivating screened in porch or from the front deck on Adirondack chairs. The large grassy yard includes a boat dock, kayaks, canoes, small private beach area with beach chairs, outdoor stone fireplace, outdoor seating area, picnic table with outdoor lighting and an outdoor bathroom!!!Did I forget,…Great swimming too!!!Enjoy your mornings waking up lake side, sipping coffee from the private balcony off the master bedroom.Soak up the afternoon sun in the lake, fish off the dock or play catch or baseball in the large yard.As the sun starts to set, enjoy a family dinner by cooking outdoors on the Stone grill!
