Every bedroom has its own AC/heating unit.The first floor consists of a beautiful kitchen with a 9 x 5 island with counter stools, a wet bar with a beverage/wine under counter stocked refrigerator, electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, French door refrigerator and coffee center. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and a 55″ flat screen tv. Wi-Fi and direct tv is included. There is a washer and dryer unit in the pantry off of the kitchen . There is also a full bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor. Security system. The Trex Deck extends the length of the back and one side of the house. The deck has a patio set and a barbeque.The house is located on Latimer Point overlooking Fisher’s Island on .25 acres and there is parking for 4 cars. Step down to the water for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding. The house is in an association that has a park with horseshoeing and a play ground adjacent to one of two beaches which is great for children. Grocery store is a mile away.
