The house has all the basic necessities you need for living and some entertainment. You can connect to the WiFi very easily by scanning the QR Code on the TV stand!You will have full access to the house using a simple 4 digit passcode to the smart lock, usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. The WiFi is very easy to connect to as you will only have to scan the QR Code on the TV stand to connect to the internet.The backyard has a storage shed which is locked for house keeping purposes.We live in the Houston area and will give you your space, but we can be at the property if something is needed.The neighborhood is a peaceful hub near a lot of the action that happens downtown. All of the neighbors are very friendly!The house has space for 4 cars and there is additional street parking on Madie Drive which is just 1 house down to the right. The streets are a bit narrow for cars to park on it, but Marie Drive has no houses on one side so guests can park there.The fire extinguisher is in the bottom right most cabinet of the sink island.The bean bags for corn hole are with the games under the tv stand.You must turn on the sound bar to watch tv.— Do Not Park In Or Block The Neighbor’s Driveway. Even Temporarily. Please Only Use The Driveway.- No parking in the street in front of the house.- QUIET HOURS: 10pm – 8am. Please keep noise levels down to be respectful of our neighbors.- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. Unauthorized Parties will be charged a $500 fee.- No loud music.- Be respectful of neighbors.- Do not cover the front door Ring Camera.- No smoking inside. $250 cleaning fee for smoking inside.-Lost TV remotes are a $49 fine.-Pets are $95.Early check ins and Late check outs are both $49, depending on whether there are other guests checking in/out that day as well as our cleaning team’s schedule, and are not guaranteed.
