The public sidewalk and surrounding areas of the complex is available for smoking. There is language in the association guidelines that may impose fines for smoking violations. This is for everyone’s health and benefit, especially any children that may be staying in any of the units. No pets are allowed as per association rules.Saturday to Saturday Weekly rentals during prime summer weeks. Internet and cable included all year.Check-out time is 10 a.m. and check-in is 2 p.m.Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Toiletries, and Food are not provided. Most vacationers prefer to bring their own linens and towels. There are blankets and pillows for your use.Trash & Recyclables must be put in the correct trash containers and put out on the correct day. A paper is posted on the refrigerator with the days listed. Any fines imposed due to not following instructions with be taken from security, (damage), deposit or if owner must separate these items before placing out front a fine will be imposed to the tenant. If these rules are not followed and the landlord needs to take the trash to the dump a 25-dollar fee may be taken out of the security, (damage), deposit. The trash cans must also be placed in the garage when not out for collection. They currently have a place designated in the garage, and also subject to a fine from the association if left outside the garageWe do not want any of this money from the security deposit or have you receive any fines, but from issues in the past that have been addressed by the association board, we feel the need to inform all of our guest about these policies. We want you to have a great stay and come back again in the future. Again these policies are for everyone’s benefit.**Security Deposit**A Security Deposit of $300 is required. After the property is checked and cleared for any damage. If there are no damage / issues and VRBO actually charges a security deposit, it will be returned to card you used to book the condo.
