There is plenty of room to eat with a large party between the eat-in kitchen and gorgeous Dining Room!We have provided two sets of washer and dryers for when you want to freshen your towels from the beach for the next day. A bonus hang-out room upstairs with a gaming system, HDTV, and pullout couch/bed finishes off this wonderful home destination for your vacation.Outside, the property boasts a beautiful and spacious deck off the Great Room complete with a gas grill and plenty of seating including two adjustable Lounge Chairs. The property has plenty of parking so multi-car families will not be a problem. There are plenty of activities provided as well in this very large property (1.3 acres), basketball, brand new Bocce Ball court, Horse Shoes Pit, and net for playing Volleyball/Badminton. All game equipment is provided just come ready to unwind and enjoy after a day at the beach! Please enjoy our outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after the beach!Centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and family friendly activities.* Please note: For stays under 5 nights a cleaning fee will be added to the reservation.
