We are two blocks from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, where you will have convenient year-round access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We also have a private hot tub where everyone can relax after a day enjoying one of the many outdoor activities nearby.Our three-bedroom and three full-bathroom townhome offers plenty of room for families or groups of up to 9 people. The upper level is bright, open, and airy with lots of seating options and a large flat-screen TV – perfect for comfy night or relaxed morning conversations. Just a few steps down, the family room awaits with a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace for cozy warmth, and a comfortable sofa for watching movies or playing one of the board games we supply.The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cooking tools to make mouthwatering mountain meals. Approval is required before booking – please reach out to us with your pup’s breed and size.- A $400 refundable damage deposit will be held on a credit card before check-in- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old- Absolutely no parties at this home. Quiet time is observed between 10 pm and 6 am.- Parking: 2-car heated garage plus one outdoor space. 3 spaces total- No air conditioning. Home includes ceiling fans and portable floor fans.HOUSE RULES:- Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or older and stay at the property.- No parties allowed at this property. Vacation homes in the area may lose their rental license if parties occur.- We ask for a separate rental agreement to be signed after booking. The signor and responsible guest must be a minimum of 25.- We place a $500 security damage deposit “hold” on your credit card 3 days before your stay. The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no damages have incurred.- We accept small, non-shedding dogs on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to booking for approval.
