Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and their peaceful enjoyment of their property.The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) Rate is 12% for Cathedral City and 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).
