Description
It is located in Emerald Island a gated resort community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom,1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,1 Kids bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.The kitchen includes all normal “home” appliances – microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.
