Also, keep in mind that the Pool’s Spa is not a Hot Tub.6) HOUSE GRILL: For the house grill there is a cleaning fee of $35 per stay and the propane tank refill is not included. You are welcome to use if there is gas left from the previous guest tank, but refills are not provided.7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
