It is a two-bedroom / two-bath,1395 sq. ft villa. Wood laminate floors grace the living, dining, and bedrooms. The large, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room have ceramic tile. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub, double sink vanity, and handicapped (Roman style) walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, a flat screen tv, and a closet with plenty of storage for your things with private access to the main guest bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, and a 55-inch smart tv. It extends to a large screened-in lanai. There is seating for 6 on the lanai or in the spacious dining room for all your meals.The villa is perfect for families with small children. We supply a pack-n-play, highchair, bouncer, and double stroller.
