This townhouse is located at a beautiful, family friendly complex directly across the street from Disneyland & the Downtown Disney. It’s only about 12 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure Park, 6 minute walk to the free Disneyland tram, or an 8 minute walk to Monorail in Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Disneyland. You get 2 reserved parking spots in our complex (1 garaged & 1 curbside), so a $20 parking fare in Disneyland is not necessary. This property has three communal resort style pools ( toddler pool, general pool, and a gated adult pool) , a hot spa, and a kids playground. They are only a few short steps away from the unit.This townhouse is a spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit at front of the complex. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with luxury mattress and linen, and a twin size folding bed in the walk-in closet. The second bed room has a twin/full bunk bed with books and toys. This home includes a beautiful kitchen with fully stocked kitchen items such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, slow cooker, blender and whole sets of dishes and cups, etc.; a comfortable family room with relaxing sofa (it can be converted to a comfortable full size bed), a big flat screen TV with cable access, plus free wireless internet; and an in house washer and dryer to make you more at home on your vacation.
