Spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and 2 patios overlooking one of the three lakes on property. Walk the wildlife trails, let the kids play at the splashpad, or go for a swim in one the 4 swimming pools. Play some shuffleboard, billards or ping pong or you may opt to play volleyball at the beach or go fishing off the dock. Unwind in the hottubs or schedule a massage at the Spa. You can grab lunch or dinner at the onsite restaurant and Target, Publix, and Walmart are all 5-10 minutes away as are numerous restaurants of all kinds of cuisine.The Disney parks and Universal are nearby with Disney just 10 miles from the resort. If you prefer a day at the beach, the award winning gulf beaches of Clearwater and St. Pete’s are 90 miles to the west while Cocoa Beach and the east coast beaches are just 80 miles to the east. Adjacent to Cocoa Beach space buffs can visit Cape Canaveral and take a tour. Plan a drive to see the dolphins or visit one of Floridas state parks to see the manatees in their natural environment.The options are endless.This condo is newly renovated and is furnished with 2 king beds and 2 twin beds.++Please note that this property is on the second floor which affords wonderful privacy while enjoying the lakeview balconies but the resort is not equipped with elevators and guests must be able to use stairs++
