This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home on Hilton Head Island has been meticulously renovated to bring the calming essence of the coast indoors. This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and is just short walk to the George Fazio Golf course and the beach!Relaxing shades of blue wash over the interior, creating a serene atmosphere that perfectly complements the beachy vibe. The new Gourmet Kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and comes fully-equipped, making cooking meals for the family an easy task. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with formal dining for six, with additional seating for three at the island. The living room is spacious and provides ample comfortable seating arrangements perfect for lounging and watching the 75 inch Smart TV, after a day at the beach.On the first floor are two bedrooms that share a newly renovated hall bath. First one to the right, consists of two queen beds and a Smart TV. To the left there is a room with two twin beds and another Smart TV. The shared bathroom for the two twin rooms has a shower/tub combination.On the second level is the primary bedroom and bathroom which has a two-sink vanity and gorgeous walk-in shower. It has a king bed and additional sitting area with a Smart TV.Unwind and soak up the sun by the sparkling private pool, perfect for afternoon dips and evening cocktails under the stars. There is an outdoor propane gas grill for your use!Spend your days basking in the sunshine and swimming in the ocean. In the evenings, take a leisurely stroll on the beach and listen to the soothing rhythm of the waves.
