Soaring ceilings and magnificent walls of glass look out to the beautiful Del Monte Forest. You might see a red-tailed hawk swoop by or a deer family calmly pass.Love to golf? Captivated by the ocean? World class golf & beaches are a close 2.5 mi. away. The Pebble Beach course is the #1 Public Golf course in the US and continually tops “Best Of” lists in golf & resort venues.The property is on a private, wooded, sloped lot. The inclined driveway is similar to parking on a San Francisco hill. On sunny days you might enjoy our deck and propane grill for steaks, burgers and smores. The sun chairs beckon you to bring lap robe and your morning coffee, afternoon tea or glass of wine out to sit among the pines and enjoy the sunshine. Our decks under the night sky are perfect for stargazing!A two lane country road, Hwy 68, is conveniently located below our large lot. At times the buzzing of passing cars can occasionally be heard when you’re outside.
