Dock Holiday is a newly-renovated up-scale waterfront condo in Dockside Condos, just a 3-minute walk from the sugar sand beach, the beach walk, restaurants, shops, night life, and more. The views are spectacular, and you will enjoy watching the dolphins and manatees from your dining room window and balcony. We provide a beach wagon so that you can easily transport items to/from the beach!The condo includes all the conveniences of home — plus some! It’s perfect for two couples, families, or a single or couple who like extra space. The master suite has a King-size bed and the second bedroom has two Queen-size beds. The living room also has a comfy sleeper sofa. The bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the kitchen/dining room/living room, so perfect for privacy. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers, flat-screen TVs, and night stands. One bathroom includes a tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower. There is a hotel-style safe in the unit and you can set your own pass code.The fully-functioning kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to make your own meals or enjoy take-out food from any of the several nearby restaurants. A full-size washer and dryer, large closets, a flat-screen TV with Roku streaming, a DVD player, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and free parking are all included. The swimming pool and sundeck overlook the bay and are shared with the Clearwater Beach Hotel next door. A grill is also available for your use. Our cleaning personnel follow all CDC cleaning and sanitation procedures.We also supply beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels that you are welcome to take to the beach or pool.Non-smoking guests only please. Sorry, no pets.NOTE: We also own the condo next door “Dock of the Bay” (Dockside 204). If you have two families or four couples traveling together, rent both condos to double your space and double your fun!
