The lower level has a second living space with a cozy sectional couch, a kitchen with an eat-in dining table, and a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom (walk-in shower only). A large patio area provides outdoor dining for 6, in addition to a wood pellet grill and cocktail table, before walking down to the private deck and boat dock to enjoy the lake.Located just 1 hour from Asheville in Morganton, this cozy lakefront home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails like the Fonta Flora Loop in Lake James State Park or High Shoal Falls in South Mountains State Park before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora’s open-air brewery at Whippoorwill Farm approximately 15 minutes away.
