Dockside Duo–Two Side-by-Side Waterfront Condos! Views, Parking, Balcony, Pool!Dockside 204 + Dockside 205 = Dockside Duo at Dockside Condominiums! Double the space, double the fun! Two beautiful 2BR/2BA side-by-side condos in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Perfect for two families with kids or four couples traveling together. We’re right on the bay and a 3-minute walk from beautiful Clearwater Beach with its sugar sand beach, beachwalk, restaurants, shops, nightlife and more! We provide a beach wagon in each condo so that you can easily transport items to/from the beach!Combined, there are four large bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds (one with a twin bed as well), and the other bedroom has two queen-size beds. Each bedroom suite is on the opposite side of the kitchen/dining room/living room, so perfect for privacy. Each living room also has a very comfortable sleeper sofa. There is a shared balcony with tables and chairs – perfect for drinking morning coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the bay and watching the dolphins and manatees play! A grill is also available for your use.Both condos are newly remodeled and exquisitely designed with a coastal/beach theme. Each condo includes all the conveniences of home — plus some! All bedrooms have large closets, dressers, flat-screen TVs, and nightstands. In each condo, there is a bathroom with a tub/shower and another with a walk-in shower. There are also hotel-style safes in each condo and you can set your own passcode.The fully-functioning kitchens includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to make your own meals or enjoy take-out food from any of the several nearby restaurants. A full-size washer and dryer, large closets, a flat-screen TV with Roku streaming, a DVD player, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and free parking are all included in each condo. The swimming pool and sundeck overlook the bay and are shared with the Clearwater Beach Hotel next door.We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels that you are welcome to take to the beach or pool.Non-smoking guests only please. Sorry, no pets. Our cleaning personnel follow all CDC cleaning and sanitation procedures.NOTE: Each 2BR/2BA condo can also be booked individually, when available.
