Imagine the sliding glass door open with the smell of the fresh Northern Michigan air breezing through – or snuggling up with a blanket next to the wood-stove during the winter months.On the main floor, you will find the first bedroom, den (additional bedroom), living room, one full bathroom and two half bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a loft where you will locate the other two bedrooms. Just outside and down the driveway is the Boyne River, perfect for fishing! You will find this home perfectly located with less than a 5-minute drive to Boyne Mountain Resort and just miles from Charlevoix or Petoskey. You and your family are bound to make great memories and get the true “Up North” experience.This cottage is also perfectly located for soccer tournaments, lacrosse, etc. Great Wood-burning stove for the winter and central air for the summer.Space: 4 Bedrooms with 1 Full Bath and 2 Half Baths.Please note that all pets must be house and crate trained.While we do our best to have the driveway plowed, salted and sanded during the winter months, a 4WD/AWD vehicle and/or winter tires may be necessary for full use of the driveway.
