Enjoy an indoor swimming pool, two seasonal outdoor pools, a fitness center, a miniature golf course, tennis and basketball courts, a fishing pond, and multiple river access points for swimming or fishing.A striking 30-foot tall stone wood-burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. Listen to the crackle of the fire as you relax on one of the comfy sofas and watch cable on the flatscreen TV or surf the internet on your phone or laptop.The beautiful and spacious kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is great for preparing family meals. Let the dishwasher start on the cleanup as you and your family enjoy a meal at the six-person dining table. There’s also additional seating at the kitchen bar.This home’s three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms sleep up to nine guests. Book it now!The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.THINGS TO KNOWGuests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
