Here along the chain of lakes, Pico Mountain and Okemo Mountain are within a 15-mile drive while state parks, state forests, and scenic hiking trails await in every direction.Walls of windows and multiple skylights seem to bring the woods into the living space. At the heart of the house is a two-sided, stacked-stone hearth, with a woodstove to warm you as you stream movies on the living room TV, share meals at the dining room table, or pull up a chair to the desk area to catch up on a few emails. In the pristine summer months, you’ll have use of a back deck that runs the length of the house with a gas grill and a picnic table for alfresco meals.Additional features include two bedrooms with forest views, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi throughout the house.THINGS TO KNOWIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
