The reading nook to the left of the home entrance welcomes those ready to relax, read, and take it all in with leather furniture and custom paintings. This nook has a pullout bed hidden away in the leather couch. Guests looking to watch their favorite movies and sports can cuddle up on the oversized L-couch in front of the 75-inch smart TV with streaming and cable. When mealtime comes, surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the full kitchen. It’s been equipped with all the essentials for those who love to cook and entertain. The white marble kitchen table and soft velvet chairs are welcoming for any meal.We have saved the best for last! The pool and spa-like lanai area is complete with a mounted outdoor TV and plenty of comfortable furniture to watch the family play pool basketball. Outside the lanai is the grill and area to fish off your private dock in one of the deepest canals. Watch dolphins and manatees play in the leveling west-facing sunsets!When it comes to sleeping arrangements, you will find the first bedroom to the right of the entrance with high-end custom decor and a smart TV to watch your favorite late-night shows. Steps away is a tiled spacious shower and double sinks wrapped in marble. Continuing to the end of the hallway brings you to the first primary suite which has private entry to the lanai and spacious pool area, where it’s easy to escape for a late-night swim in the beautiful pool. Hidden behind the kitchen is the other main suite featuring custom art and a large smart TV.
