This waterfront, gulf access home is in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Yacht Club beach. Relax, have fun, and unwind. Swim in your private heated pool, go boating or fish off the dock. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table with flatscreen TV. The pool just under went a massive renovation and is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the HOT TUB on the lanai. We Provide two adult bikes, so you can enjoy a riding our bikes to the beach, bars, restaurants, & grocery store.
