The ground level offers a nicely furnished and spacious family room with access to the backyard via a slider, along with a queen bedroom, a full hall bath, and a laundry room.The upstairs great room is open and bright, with a large wall-mounted TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a wrap-around granite countertop along with stainless steel appliances that include a built-in double oven and drop-in cooktop. The large dining table can accommodate everyone, and there is counter seating, perfect for quick breakfasts and snack times! You will love dining on the screened porch, enjoying the fresh ocean air, and taking in the beauty of Sandbridge. And on rainy days your family will love the new game room with a pool table, foosball, and more great activities.A large king suite with a private bath boasts a jetted tub, a shower, and a double vanity. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bedroom and a bunk room for kids, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A convenient bath is located in the hall. If you need a break from the sun, the covered lower deck located off the ground floor family room offers shade and a peaceful setting poolside.
