You’ll also be able to walk to Rod and Reel Pier, Anna Maria Island City Pier, and Pine Avenue’s popular dining and shopping.This home is a delight to return to after a day at the beach, with an outdoor shower waiting to rinse you off before you ease into the pool and spa. The extensive backyard also features lounge chairs, a golf green, a cornhole set, a gas grill with a shaded dining table for afternoon barbecues, and a screened lanai where you can retreat from the sun. There’s also an air-conditioned pool shed with a TV, a couch, and a mini-fridge, as well as a garage game room with Ping-Pong, a mini-hoop-shoot game, and plenty of beach equipment for your enjoyment.The interior is every bit as comfortable, offering an eat-in kitchen, an adjacent sunroom, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Central AC and a washer/dryer are provided as well.THINGS TO KNOWGuests must use their own account credentials for streaming services.We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
