As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a billiard room to the left and a living room to the right, where you can pile on the leather sofas, watch Netflix on TV, and play board games well into the evening. The light-filled, well-equipped kitchen is just beyond, offering stainless steel appliances, an eat-in dining table, and sliding doors that lead outside to the new composite deck, firepit, and gas grill. After a barbecue dinner and a walk around the neighborhood with your dogs, you can come home to toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer. There’s one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs – including a special room for the kids with chalkboards on the wall. Additional perks include ample parking.Things to KnowPlease note that dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after; there are foxes in the area. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on beds, but a dog bed is provided.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
