Gather at the kitchen counter for quick snacks or to chat with the chef, and then dine indoors at the adjacent table or alfresco on your furnished and shaded deck. You’ll also find a gas grill to help you spice up your home-cooked menu!The expanded patio area under the home features an entertaining area with plenty of additional seating, a beach bar with a sink, a fridge for storing all of your beverages and food for the grill, and a TV for watching the game!After fun-filled beach days, come home and sink into the leather power-reclining sectional in the living area while you stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening using your own accounts.This home includes a dual-monitor workstation in one of the bedrooms if you need to set up your laptop and do some remote work or schooling.
