This well-kept, 2,296-square-foot Kinnakeet Shores home provides access to great walking and biking paths, as well as numerous sound and beach access points.The ground level has two carports, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, a concrete pool, and an inviting hot tub. The first level features a small reading nook, perfect for quiet personal time. The second level includes a spacious great room with hardwood floors and a comfortably furnished living area with a big-screen TV, a movie library, an entertainment center, and access to a large, covered exterior deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, a nearby dining area, and outside decking, ready for your best recipes.The sizeable primary suite has a full bath, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a large covered deck. A guest bedroom also has a TV.Add beautiful Nautilus to your seaside collection.Things to KnowThe private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
