When it comes time to cook dinner, take it to the private gas grill or enjoy cooking together in the open kitchen connected to the downstairs living area with a breakfast bar. There’s another living room space just upstairs, adding to the comfortable regions this home offers for groups to spend quality time together.Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms with double sinks, one with a soaking tub and the other with a private entrance to the back deck. One guest bedroom has a front yard view, and another is a bunk room with a fun Star Wars theme. A Harry Potter theme welcomes you in another guest room. Every room in this home features a TV, and every bedroom except one has a ceiling fan for guest comfort. Baby gates and a Pack ‘n Play are available for younger guests.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming services are available with guests’ own accounts.Pool heating is available from October 1st through May. Guests must book for a minimum of three days. The attached spa will be at the same temperature as the pool, as it runs off the same heater. They will only heat 10 to 12 degrees above the outside temperature. The pool heat will shut off automatically if the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell security camera that records sound, and two more cameras on the rear exit of the home and outside above the front window facing the driveway.3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information.
