Surrounded by lush landscaping, the fenced backyard features a private heated pool with a waterfall as well as an outdoor seating area where you can dine alfresco or sip cocktails in the sun. When you’re ready to venture from home, stroll to the pier or neighborhood restaurants. You’re also just a short drive from picturesque beaches.The chef in your group will appreciate the home’s modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Share meals between the four-person kitchen bar and the adjacent dining table that also seats four. After dinner, settle into the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV or bring out one of the available board games for a night of family fun. There is a double sofa bed for an extra sleeping option, and a washer/dryer provides added convenience.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming is available using your own accounts.The entire home is comfort controlled with several mini-split air-conditioning units.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: No parking available.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
