Enjoy a nice yard for kids or dog to play and hot & cold outdoor shower for after beach. The property is surrounded by trees that give great privacy and a long driveway offers plenty of parking. Short walking or biking distance to: village, beach, bay, pier, shops, restaurants and beautiful sunsets while walking your dog on Shore Road. Explore all the natural beauty and history of Cape Ann: Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester within a short drive and without the traffic of Cape Cod!!.Take a rainy day train ride, along the picturesque North Shore, to experience the amazing old history of Salem & Boston. A real New England Classic Summah beach cottage for your summer family vacation!! Grey Beach (a.k.a.
