Spacious and full of sunlight, this house has a private dock with a swimming platform, an open deck, a fire pit and a screened porch at the water’s edge.Begin each morning with coffee on the back deck that runs the length of the house, where you can catch the sun coming up over Lake Anna. Head across the lawn to launch the two provided kayaks from the dock, returning home in time for a homemade breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen.This home is full of options for family entertainment, whether you’re hosting a lunchtime barbecue on the gas grill, watching TV and playing board games in the great room, or retreating downstairs to the open game room with billiards, foosball, Ping-Pong, and another TV. The HOA also hosts a private marina and tennis courts if you’re looking for a bit more activity.At night, you’ll find that all bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms. Additional features include central air-conditioning throughout the house and a private washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.THINGS TO KNOWThis property is managed by Vacasa Virginia, LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Dock details: Guests will have access to the boat slip in the boathouse, which will fit any standard size pontoon boat or cruising watercraft. The water depth is four feet at the shallowest point, and there are tie-downs and bumpers. There is a neighborhood marina and boat ramp available.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
