Enjoy the ocean breeze, the incredible sunsets, and the people watching. The living room features a ceiling fan, large TV, and a breathtaking ocean view. There is ample seating between the dining area and the kitchen counter. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a glass-top stove to meet all of your culinary needs! A propane grill on the front porch allows you to enjoy the sea breezes while cooking for the family. There is even an air-conditioning unit on the kitchen window for your comfort.Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan, large TV, and access to the full guest bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a double sofa bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom, with dual sinks and a standalone shower. Back down the hall, you will see the washer/dryer.Please note that another rental, Newport Beach Pier View II is located upstairs with a private rooftop deck and is also available to book.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
