Located directly across the street from Heisler Park, this beautiful and spacious getaway includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, counter seating, and high-end appliances, including a six-burner gas stove, two dining tables, and a sunny and inviting living area with a TV. Outside take in the view and enjoy the fresh air and Southern California sunshine on two patios – one faces the ocean and includes a table and chairs for alfresco dining and a seating area with a gas fire table. The other is covered, fully private, and offers two sofas and a gas grill for summertime cookouts.Additional features of this unique home include an elevator for easy access, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry for the duration of your stay.THINGS TO KNOWThe fireplaces are not operational.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
