The Great room has a 50″ TV above the fireplace and comfortable seating from which to enjoy them both. It opens up onto one of the two ocean view decks with an 18″ awning, a barbecue, and seating for dining or relaxing while enjoying the ocean views, surf, breezes, and vibrant sunsets.A wonderfully organized, modern, newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and double ovens and is accompanied by a dining area for six.The main bedroom has a four-poster bed, a sitting nook, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the second ocean-view deck. It also sports a 55″ TV for your enjoyment. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort.Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and a DVD player.Laguna Beach is known for its many art galleries, coves, and beaches and its small city feel. Main Beach features tide pools and a boardwalk leading to the paths and gardens of nearby Heisler Park. Aliso Beach Park is a popular surf spot, and the waters off Crystal Cove State Park are designated as an underwater park.
