Long Sands Beach and York’s Wild Kingdom and Amusement Park are located within a mile, while downtown York and York Short Sands Beach are located one and a half miles from home.The home enjoys a beautiful front yard with a firepit where you can gather with your loved ones for some storytelling while roasting s’mores or planning your next adventures. The front porch provides inviting seating and a nice spot to unwind outdoors.As you enter this darling home, you will notice gorgeous wooden accents and wood floors throughout most of the home, adding a delightful rustic touch. Enjoy cold winter days snuggling by the warmth of the pellet stove in the living room. A large sectional invites you to kick back and relax as you stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. There is also a Playstation, so don’t hesitate to bring your own games too! You can also entertain your guests in the formal dining room, furnished with a beautiful large dining table that is perfect for family meals. The cook-friendly, well-equipped kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and a great island. From here, you can access the screened porch, which offers a fantastic spot to unwind, dine alfresco, and host summertime cookouts.
